Phelps/Afterglow Lake Resort Ski Trails - The Phelps Ski Trail, an expert level trail, is accessed through the Afterglow Lake Resort facilities and connects to a Afterglow lake XC Ski trail in Phelps, Wisconsinvariety of trails from easy to intermediate to expert maintained by the Afterglow Lake Resort using state of the art grooming equipment.  Afterglow has a telephone, restroom, and a warming room available for use by skiers and snowshoe enthusiasts.  Trail fees apply. (Click on the trail map for a printable map PDF 172KB.)

Length: Trails vary from .3 to 2.0 miles.
Location: From Phelps, take Co Hwy E  north to Sugar Maple Rd.  Turn east on Sugar Maple Rd and follow the signs to Afterglow Lake Resort.  Park and check in at the Resort.
