Manitowish Waters Area Biking Trails

Manitowish Waters Trail  - Travel along Hwy W and spend time at Rest Lake and Koller Parks and Rest Lake Dam (restroom facilities at the parks not available in the Bike trails in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsinwinter). Riders will find restrooms, water, benches and a playground at the Manitowish Waters Community Center. This trail links the Community Center grounds at USH 51 & Airport Road to the trails of the North Lakeland Discovery Center. (Click on the trail map for a printable map PDF 157KB.)

Length: 2.5 miles.
Location: Parking available at the Manitowish Waters Community Center or the North Lakeland Discovery Center.

North Lakeland Discovery Center - serene and secluded biking/hiking/skiing trails around Statehouse Lake and along the Manitowish River. Easy/beginner and intermediate Bike trails in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsinloops wind through new growth and old forest, and along bog and shoreline. The recently dedicated Bill Lambrecht Interpretive Trail is also open for exploration. Parking, trail info and warming house at the Discovery Center. Location: From the intersection of Hwy 51 & Hwy W in Manitowish Waters, continue north on Hwy W approximately 1.5 miles to the North Lakeland Discovery Center.
