Conover Area Biking Trails

Deep Lake - is part of the Vilas County Trail System. It is marked and maintained Deep lake trail in Conover Wisconsinas a designated mountain bike trail. (Click on the trail map for a printable map PDF 175KB.)

Location: Take Hwy 45 north of Eagle River to Hwy G, then west on Hwy G about 1 1/4 miles to Croker Rd. Turn north on Croker Road for approximately 2 1/4 miles. Parking is on the west side of the road.

Length: Various trail loops. 
Location: From the intersection of Hwy 45 and Co Hwy K in Conover, continue north on Hwy 45 to Rummels Road. Turn west on Rummels Rd approximately 1 mile, crossing the Headwaters of the Wisconsin River to Razorback Road, turn right. Travel 1 mile North on Razorback Rd to Rohr's Wilderness Tours' driveway. White arrow signs (RWT Camp and Canoe) are located at the intersections.
